Usual Adult Dose for Cough
Benzocaine-dextromethorphan 7.5 mg-5 mg oral lozenge:
2 lozenges orally every 4 hours not to exceed 12 lozenges per day.

Benzocaine-dextromethorphan 7.5 mg-5 mg oral lozenge:
2 lozenges orally every 4 hours not to exceed 12 lozenges per day.

6 to 11 years: 1 lozenge orally every 4 hours not to exceed 6 lozenges per day.
