Olaratumab population pharmacokinetic analysis in patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment indicated that hepatic impairment had no clinically important effect on the pharmacokinetics of olaratumab. The pharmacokinetics of olaratumab in patients with severe hepatic impairment is unknown. Care and close monitoring should be exercised when using this agent in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
