For Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia "Large red bruise-like patch covering left arm almost completely with small blood bubbles under the skin. Medication 2 months. Lymphs are shrinking rapidly. Based on CT and the shrinking of lymph, I rate it a 10, but I wish the bruises would diminish. No other reactions. Platelets seem WNL. All other labs except WBC 450 and lymphocytes okay, and I don’t have factors."

For Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia "I've been taking Brukinsa for a year. I take two pills twice a day. The pills are easy to swallow. The only side effect I've experienced is bruising. Occasionally, I have a slight headache, but not bad enough that I need to take anything. My blood counts were in range within 2 months of starting Brukinsa."

For Waldenström Macroglobulinemia "Was totally fatigued and had severe weight loss. Two weeks on Brukinsa, noticed the difference. Taking 160mg in the morning and 160mg in the evening. After taking these for one year, my weight is back to normal, no serious side effects, did have some bruising at the start. Healed quickly."
