He suggested Viagra, and it failed the first two times, however, on the third time, it was fab. Your mind is very much in control, you MUST not expect the drug to simply work by itself. It works only when you are sexually aroused by adding to the natural process already taking place in your mind/body. Take your time, fancy your partner, and combine it with a little foreplay. With my confidence back, we have slowed down our use of the drug and often don't use it at all... Tip: Be relaxed, be very interested in sex, give her a nice massage, and it should work out fine."

Sildenafil for Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "A strong pill for erection, but with some side effects. 12.5 mg works great (strong erection) 30 min-1 h before and lasts for 3 h-4 h. It's easy to recover erection but can be lost sometimes. Side effects (0 h-4 h): - Stuffy nose. Side effects (4 h-12 h): - Stomach discomfort, indigestion - Sleepiness, trouble sleeping. Tried Levitra, not as strong as Viagra, but some side effects. I'm now trying Avanafil (25 mg) and by now, no side effects (maybe because of its PDE5 highly selectivity), but lasts only 2 h."

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 71 and have been using Viagra or sildenafil for about a year. It is a wonderful drug, but getting the dosage right is critical. I can still get an erection without help, but it had become a bit unreliable. I started off taking half a 50 mg tablet. It certainly worked, but I felt it was just a bit too much. I now cut the tablet into 4 and find a quarter of a tablet makes all the difference and barely gives me any side effects. The half-tablet dose was too much for me. It gave a very strong erection but reduced the sensations and gave me a slight headache. So I reckon it's worth experimenting to find the minimum dose you can get away with. (NB the low dose works better on a reasonably empty stomach)"

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "Well. What can I say - Viagra has been great. It works for about 6-7 hours with very minimal side effects. The only side effect I experienced was a mild headache the next day. I've been using it for 6 months now, and I haven't noticed any decreases in effectiveness/strength. I am only 29 years old though."

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "Regarding the effect: I do notice an increase in blood flow and a better stamina using the pills (I use 50 mg). A side effect I have noticed is that my nose clogs up, so I seem like I have a cold for an hour or so after taking one pill. No other side effects."

About 20 minutes later, ready to go again for another 30 minutes. And about 30 minutes after the second session, my wife asked if I was ready for another session, which I was. Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "Viagra works great. Take between 50 and 100 mg depending on the night's activities. Most of the time, I wake up the next morning with another stiff one. Two for the price of one. I'm 64, and the $50 price tag is too high anymore. Doc just prescribed the 20 mg generics. I think taking 2 or 3 of them will work the same."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have been taking sildenafil for about 2 months. I have tried to follow all the instructions. The first time I tried 40 mgs and got a fairly good erection, firm but not really hard. Then I went up to 60 mgs, about the same results, maybe less. I went up to 80 mgs and had so-so erections, firm but not really hard. I went to 100 and have had better erections, but still not hard, and I always feel like I am about to lose it."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Had problems keeping hard for sex, tried a 50 mg dose of sildenafil, and within an hour, was rock hard. Sex lasted a lot longer as well, and was able to reperform another two times before both my partner and I were knackered. Woke up in the morning and was ready to go again. For Erectile Dysfunction "After about 2 years of not wanting to admit to ED, I went to the doctor and was prescribed sildenafil. I was given the 100 mg dose but thought I would start with half a tablet. Well, 45 minutes later, when things started to proceed in the bedroom, I was a very happy man, along with my wife! Not only was my penis slightly desensitized, my erection was harder than ever before! And even after climaxing, which was also a lot longer in happening, we were both over the moon! The erection didn't disappear straight away, so I could keep on going. Also, 16 hours later, still off a 50 mg dose, I'm still getting rock hard erections.
