Until recently, I was cutting 100mg tablets into 4, as 25mg was working very well, with NO SIDE EFFECTS WHATSOEVER! I'm now 66yrs old, and am finding that I need at least 50mg to "get the job done!" Last night was the second time my husband took it and for the second time it did not work !! He is diabetic and uses an insulin pump we don't know if that has any bearing on the Viagra. For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm a 64 year old sexually active bloke. I had struggled for around 3 years after recovering from a heart attack with problems achieving and maintaining an erection during foreplay and attempting penetration during intercourse. My wife who is 12 years younger than me encouraged me to speak to my doctor about it and in somewhat typical 'bloke' fashion I finally plucked up the courage to speak with him about my problem. Being aware of my health status, he prescribed Sildenafil Citrate 50 mg saying that I should start with 1 tablet on an empty stomach 1 hour prior to sex. We gave it a whirl recently and WOW what a difference! Around 60 minutes after taking the Sildenafil (even after recently eating) I was up and hard with little stimulation."

Only side effect I experience was a mild headache the next day. Been using it for 6 months now and I haven't noticed any decreases in effectiveness/strength. I am only 29 years old though."

Viagra (sildenafil) for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 48 and I dont have any problem getting an erection, I still fancy my wife very much. This issue I have is maintaining it, then it became a psychologically problem. Been on this amazing drug now for over a year and it works very well for me. In fact I love the intense erection it gives me. yes I get facial flushing and a slight headache but ibuprofen sorts that out. If nothing else, I oddly like the flushing now. It makes me feel ready.... I started on 50mg and then took myself up to 75mg as I felt it was not as intense as it used to be. For me personally, it tales about 1.5 hours to kick in. I love it!!!"

Viagra (sildenafil) for Erectile Dysfunction "I am in my 60's. I needed a small operation which the consultant said might affect my sex, it did and I slowly lost confidence. He suggested Viagra and it failed the first two times, however, on the 3rd time it was fab. Your mind is very much in control, you MUST not expect the drug to simply work by itself, it works only when you are sexually aroused by adding to the natural process already taking place in your mind/body. Take your time, fancy your partner and combine it with a little foreplay. With my confidence back we have slowed down our use of the drug and often don't use it at all... Tip: Be relaxed, be very interested in sex, give her a nice massage and it should work out fine."
