For Erectile Dysfunction "This is a miracle drug! Psychological ED for 25 years. I wasn't too bad with my ex-wife as I drank to mask anxiety. Nearly 5 years without sex as couldn't get an erection with a woman. Always okay in masturbation. Went to see a doctor after 25 years of silence for Viagra. Was skeptical. Taken as needed just to get things kick-started again. Took it last night. Bit of flushing, a slight sore head but have had worse, even had one glass of wine an hour later. Took it around 10:45 pm and around 11:30 pm started to become flushed in the face and had a slight headache. But when it came down to business, it works great. I typically cut a 100mg pill into 4 pieces and take a 25mg piece. It does work best on an empty stomach. For Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "My doctor recommended that I print out the coupon from Pfizer for the 3 free tabs before he prescribed Viagra because of the cost. I was directed to take 1/2 of a 100mg tablet (which was easy to cut in half). Seemed to start working 45 minutes to one hour after taking. Worked well, but 4 hours or so after taking it, it wore off. The only side effect for me is a mild hot flush after taking one, which I actually find to be mildly pleasant. It's usually the first sign that the drug is taking effect. I get a very strong and long-lasting erection from it. I also find that I last longer before ejaculation, and it gives me a shorter refractory period. It has been a miracle drug for me. I would highly recommend getting Viagra instead of generic sildenafil if you can get it for a similar price."

I started with 50mg but reduced to 25mg and kept the great results. Hard for approximately 30 minutes a session, always ending in sensational climaxes. Probably a combination of age, weight gain, and not exercising as much as I should. This led to performance issues and firmness problems.
