"I took this B2 vitamin (riboflavin) faithfully every day for 2 to 3 months for the prevention of migraines and headaches prescribed by my neurologist, and it worked. I will admit, at first I was skeptical, but this vitamin actually does wonders for me. FYI, this vitamin has to be taken every day to work."
