"I had blood work done. Everything is fine. Except, I consume too much alcohol. I'm working on reduction. The Dr. prescribed 100 mg B1. Currently, most red blood cells in my body are 'large,' not fully formed. They are 'baby' red blood cells. They are not carrying hemoglobin as a fully developed red blood cell should. Take 100 mg on a full stomach. It can be rough. If I have not eaten enough, I'll take half. Then half later. I have felt better overall taking 100 mg with dinner. It's great to know the issue and be solving the issue, not covering it. Follow the directions, no issues at all."
