For Myasthenia Gravis "I am a 67-year-old woman and was diagnosed with ocular MG (double vision was my first symptom), and I tested positive for muscle and nerve damage in my neck. I started taking pyridostigmine, and within a month, the double vision stopped. That was about 10 years ago. I was taking pyridostigmine 60 mg 3 to 4 times a day, but now I just take one in the morning and whenever I need more - which is rarely. My symptoms are under control (remission), but I occasionally overwork and/or get too hot and tired, and difficulty swallowing, breathing, fatigue, etc., occur. I have a good supply of pyridostigmine on hand always, and it works wonders. I forget I have anything wrong with me. I have few limitations due to MG and am grateful for that."

Pyridostigmine for Reversal of Nondepolarizing Muscle Relaxants "I was prescribed tizanidine and got this tablet M180. I have had zero relief. I’d been taking tizanidine with much success. When I picked up this RX, the number on the tablet was different; the pharmacy said it was a different supplier. They didn’t say it was a different medication. This is debilitating; I couldn’t understand what changed; that’s when I found the different tablet #."

Pyridostigmine for Dysautonomia "I have been on this a week and it seems to be significantly helping breathing issues at night, overall dryness everywhere, constipation, nausea, and urinary retention. Side effects, though, are very unpleasant-very blurry vision (especially at night or in darker lighting), headaches, pelvic pain, muscle cramps, and overall fatigue. I am currently taking a dose of 40 mg three times a day."
