For Dietary Supplementation "I bought this since my hair was thinning. Took the vitamin for 3 days. In those three days, I developed a rash on my chest and arms (not horrible), but the itching was horrible. Went to the doctor and determined the only thing different that has changed was the vitamin. Stopping taking it and will see how it goes."

For Dietary Supplementation "I took the non-chewy vitamins for three days, and by the 3rd day, I ended up getting a huge rash on my back and my arms. I stopped, and the rash went away. Just to make sure, I tried it again, and the rash came back. I switched over to the chewy tabs and haven’t had a problem."

For Dietary Supplementation "I am never taking these again. I bought these about 1-2 weeks ago (2/11/23-2/20/23) and have been taking them every morning. After taking, I started to get a rash on my buttocks, behind my knees, and in between my thighs. I also have eczema, so I was thinking it was maybe a flare-up or just my skin was dry. This does the exact opposite and made my skin incredibly itchy. Now I’m seeing other people say it made their skin so itchy and describing the same side effects, so I’m positive these vitamins are the culprit."

For Dietary Supplementation "Started taking gummies about a month ago. Was okay for a while and, like the others, started with an all-over body rash. Thought it was the shampoo I was using, but after reading reviews, I firmly believe it is the gummies. Threw them out. If I try to go outside in the sun, it makes the rash worse. For Dietary Supplementation "After 2 days of use, I started itching, especially on my head. I didn't think anything of it, but after a few more days, the itching got progressively worse. I'm not someone who experiences an itchy scalp, so it dawned on me that I needed to do further research into the side effects, and rash was one of them. For Dietary Supplementation "Postpartum hair loss: The 2nd day of taking this, I had a bad headache, but I get them occasionally, so I didn't connect the two. The 3rd time, I woke up at 4 am and had severe hives covering my body. I took two Benadryl and waited an hour or so. It helped relieve the itching, but my throat began to swell, and it was difficult to breathe. My husband took me to the ER, and I was given steroids and Pepcid. Finally, the hives went away, and I felt better, so I was discharged and slept for like 4 hours. Woke up with a headache, so I took more Benadryl, which the doctor advised. All this to say, I will not be taking it anymore. I'll wear a scarf until my hair grows back! Not worth it! Plus, they smell so bad, and one night I kept belching that awful taste."
