For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "After my first dose, I started having chills. Could not get warm. Extremely tired and achy. Headache, depressed, just wanted to sleep. No desire to do anything but sleep. Very dizzy. Would not recommend driving. Skipped 2nd dose. On the bright side, I didn't want to eat, too nauseous."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started this medication after being on phentermine for 4 months. I'm on day 6, and my experience so far is not so good. I've been really tired every day and sleeping later than usual. I haven't even felt like walking at all. I usually go 2 miles in the morning and another 2 in the afternoon. I have been nauseous the entire time, but it's getting worse as I go. As for appetite, I have been hungrier than I was on the phentermine. I'm also up 3 pounds that I think came from inactivity for the past week. For me, I don't think this medication is the right one."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I generally tolerate all medications well and was surprised how awful I felt on Belviq. Within a few days of starting it, I came down with what I thought was a virus: body aches, chills, and nausea. I kept on the Belviq since I had just started it. I spoke about this to my doctor, and he said to give it another week or two. Then the aches, chills, and nausea came again. I also felt that the product did not work. I got an additional headache in the evening and then was ravenous. I stopped the Belviq, and the symptoms went away."
