"After seeing 2 allergists and 3 ENTs, and trying lots of various treatments, I finally got this medication, which greatly helped my nose. I went from 5 years of totally congested and drippy nose to being able to breathe through my nose (and sleep better, not choke while eating, no more mountains of tissues everywhere). However, the smell and taste I'd lost never did return, and probably the underlying problem is still there. But this lets me live a semi-normal life. I find it super easy to use, much easier than regular nose sprays. My first bottle was free, then with insurance, it was $50/month and ships to my door. No noticeable side effects, though recently my eyes have started feeling dry and some pains, but I don't know if that is related to this medication or something else (COVID? other meds? At times I also still use Azelastine nose spray for flare-ups.) But I LOVE Xhance and am so happy a doctor prescribed it and took me out of years of misery."
