"Drank once daily. Realized the increased pressure in head and chest, palpitations, nausea, and mild diarrhea were all happening from using this product, particularly this flavor. All issues stopped once I stopped using this product. Will stick with Powerade, Gatorade, or plain water."

"Side effect: the acidity of the drink causes me to lose my voice after drinking a pack a day for a few days. When I try to speak, my voice is rough. I get mucus, sometimes with blood. Seems to cause sores in my throat on parts necessary for talking. My tongue also gets sore and then hurts when I eat fruit or other acidic foods. Perhaps it is from the citric acid. I wish they’d make flavors with less acidity. I’ve tried making the Liquid IV weaker, but I still lose my voice."

For Diarrhea "Great product if used correctly. I drank 3 glasses a day for 2 days and suffered from abdominal pain, mild nausea, and a severe headache. This is not the product's fault. Make sure you read the dosage instructions before taking it."
