"Diagnosed with MM eight years ago. On IV Darzalex for almost two years, and it's the best treatment I've had. My hemoglobin is 13, and it never was higher than 11 on Velcade. I've had no ill effects. Revlimid gave me a DVT in my right thigh, and the doctor put me on Xarelto. Xarelto caused me to have bleeders, and my hemoglobin crashed into the 7 to 8 area. After being off Xarelto for two weeks, my hemoglobin is back in the 12 to 13 area."

"I have been taking Darzalex Fastpro since May of 2023. I was in remission by mid-July. I am currently taking monthly injections with no side effects, and I am very happy with my recovery. My oncologist watches my lab work closely and believes I will be in remission long term. He firmly believes I will be one of his marathon remission patients with 10 years or more without recurrence. I had a stem cell transplant with my first episode of Multiple Myeloma. I had a port in my chest, lost all my hair, missed so much work that I lost that job, and I was very ill. That experience was not something I might have to repeat! Luckily, I was able to have Darzalex Fastpro, and I'm thrilled with my results! 10/10, highly recommend!"

"I’ve been on the Fastpro (1800 dosage) for about 5 years after 2018 stem cell transplant that only lasted 22 months. It did put me in remission again. Never had noticeable side effects from it except for the 1st dose with normal cold symptoms for about 4 hours. The monthly belly shots (60+) have been easy, quick, and painless. My regimen is with Dexamethasone 40 mg (weekly) and Pomalyst 3 mg (21 days) daily. When taken off the Pomalyst 3 years later because of finger neuropathy, the M spike came back slowly. Went back on Pomalyst, and the spike came down quickly. The Dara has definitely been my main player as my MM is considered aggressive. Don’t know how long it will keep working, but it’s been good at keeping me from getting CAR-T cell therapy to this point!"

"3 days after the first infusion of Darzalex, I was hospitalized for aseptic meningitis. Why is this adverse side effect not mentioned in patient education literature?"

"I'm getting my 9th infusion next week. Biggest problem so far is fatigue and once a week night sweats."

"I was diagnosed with MM Sept 04, had BMT Sept 05. Burned through all the proteasome inhibitors by the summer of 2016. We started Darzalex 6 days after it was approved by the FDA, treated for about 9 months. My last dose was January 2017, and I've been in full remission ever since. All counts normal, M spike minimal. This protocol is a miracle for me. I hope it can be for you too. God bless."
