For Acne "I am a 15-yr-old female, and I have had moderate acne for about two years now. I went to a dermatologist who prescribed me Monodox once a day, Cleocin T gel twice a day, and Atralin gel at night. I am about two weeks in, and I already notice a huge difference, not just in my acne but the overall quality of my skin. At first, I had a major breakout (not sure which gel this is due to) and a little bit of drying and peeling, but my goal was to be clear by the school year, and I am on track! The drying has gone away, and I am so excited for this product! Highly recommended!"

For Acne "I never had bad acne until I started college. This product made me break out 10 times worse for the first 2 months. But that's what it's supposed to do. Now I'm on my 3rd month and all of my pimples and bumps are pretty much gone. I was left with some scars, but that's also normal and will fade while continuing to use the products. It may seem hopeless at first (trust me), but it really works and it's worth it! Good luck!"

For Acne "I started to have a lot of small acne again after I was off Benzamycin for around half a year. I was then prescribed Doxycycline, Clindamycin, and Retinol at the end of February. Hearing that Doxycycline might cause side effects, I decided not to take it. While starting Retinol and Clindamycin, I was peeling, burning, and breaking out like crazy. I wore a mask for a whole week when I went to work because I couldn't put makeup on, and it looked terrible. After two weeks of pain, I finally gave up Retinol and only used Clindamycin. In two weeks, my acne started clearing up. Now, it has been a month, and my skin is 95% cleared. I really like this medication because it's not dry at all. (Maybe because my skin is used to it already.) Give it a try!"

For Acne "I started getting acne after 13. I tried all sorts of home remedies till I turned 14. Then one of my friends just casually told me about this gel. I started using it immediately 'cause the skin was going too worse! It's not a miracle cure for sure! I mean, it won't clear your skin overnight, but yes, patience is required. After 2 weeks or so, I saw some results, and guess what? All my acne and their marks were gone with the continuous use of 2 or 3 months. I enjoyed my marks and pimple-free skin for a couple of months, but it was for just 5-6 months or so! I started getting them again. I increased the usage of this gel and it got worse. It totally stopped working on my skin. And made it badly worse. So use it, and once they are gone, please stop!"

For Acne "It is kind of insane how well and how quickly clindamycin worked on my acne. I typically have very clear skin, but while on another medication, had an acne breakout as a side effect. It was pretty bad. In a couple of days of using this, it cleared. I don't need it or use it daily. However, I have gotten prescriptions filled anytime I feel like my skin is being oversensitive or a small pimple shows up and I am showing signs of a breakout, and this medication works every time."

For Acne "HORRIBLE! I was prescribed this for acne. After a few days, my entire chest, back, and neck was red and covered in bumps and whiteheads. My skin is already oily, but this made it 100 times worse, and my face got extremely bad. After a week, I got prescribed an oral antibiotic, and it finally started helping clear up my body after a few days, but it took WEEKS for my skin to recover. Even now, I am still trying to get rid of the scarring it caused."

For Acne "I have been using this lotion for about a month now. At first, it helped reduce my pimples, but I noticed I kept getting more and more pimples. It never helped clear my acne, but it may have not worked for me. However, it might work for others. Everyone's skin is different, just use what you notice works for your skin."

For Acne "I was prescribed doxycycline monohydrate, benzoyl peroxide, and another cream. The other cream wasn’t covered by my insurance, so I got prescribed clindamycin later on. As I added clindamycin to my routine with the other drugs, my skin got really, really oily, and it broke out. Mind you, my skin was 90% clear before using this gel, and I thought, why not just use it if I was prescribed it as well? Everyone’s skin is different, I'd say if your skin is usually on the oily side, you wouldn’t want to use clindamycin gel."
