Carbamide peroxide otic for Ear Wax Impaction "I regret using Debrox. I get occasional build-up in one of my ears, so I decided to try it out. After 1 day, I'm still having issues hearing out of the ear I put it in. Big annoyance. They should explicitly put some warnings of these side effects on the box so people are aware before using. Hopefully, my hearing comes back soon."

Carbamide peroxide otic for Ear Wax Impaction "I went to the ER yesterday after losing hearing in both ears. The Dr. gave me a script for prednisone, a referral to an ENT, and told me to try Debrox. My hearing was better when I woke up today, probably due to the prednisone, but after using Debrox, I’ve lost it again, and this time worse. It’s Thanksgiving week, and the ENT the Dr. referred me to is on vacation, so now I have to find another one. I’m so angry. Do not use this stuff. Ever. Would rate a zero if possible."

Carbamide peroxide otic for Ear Wax Impaction "Used the product to remove ear wax. Waited 5 minutes, flushed ear with the syringe provided. Hearing is muffled in the ear I put drops in. If hearing is not restored in a few days, calling Dr. to make an appointment. Will not use again."

For Ear Wax Impaction "I was scared to use this product after reading all the negative reviews, but I was actually able to use it successfully. First, keep the drops in for 30 minutes (5 minutes was too short)! Next, after EVERY time use, use the syringe with warm water. Don’t be afraid to wash the water in there, if you squeeze the syringe too slowly/softly, it won’t do anything. I probably did about 30 rinses, and at one point I had a huge piece of earwax come out. I kept doing a few more rinses, and I, too, was experiencing fullness/hearing loss. But then I put the EMPTY syringe in my ear and gently sucked out the excess water (used the syringe as suction), and my ear cleared up INSTANTLY. All that extra water came out! I did this a few times, and now my ear canal feels so much better. Hope this helps!!"

Carbamide peroxide otic for Ear Wax Impaction "I would not buy this product ever again. After applying drops as instructed, I have lost hearing in that ear. I now have to go to an ear specialist to see what the problem is and if it can be restored."
