"Wow, Drysol has been a game changer for me! I've been very insecure about my underarm odor and finally asked the doc if anything could be done. He prescribed Drysol, and I had my doubts it would work. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and it's been a miracle worker! I will say, it has some downsides. It itches like crazy and burned a few times I've used it. I put aloe on it, and that calmed the itching and burning. So if it itches and burns, I suggest applying some aloe for relief. The good far outweighs the bad, though, and I'm happy I found this!"

"If you don't want it to itch, DO NOT overlap the Drysol liquid! Make a path to cover your armpit like the old snake game on your cellphone, and I haven't had my armpits itch in over a year. I had sweaty armpits all through high school, and I was very self-conscious that people were seeing it every time I moved my arms, so I would usually wear a sweatshirt. I started college, and I didn't want this to run my life. I went to the doctors, and the doctor told me I had hyperhidrosis and prescribed Drysol for me. It's been AMAZING. I put it on every 3 days, and I haven't sweated in my armpits since! I use normal deodorant without antiperspirant, and it works perfectly!"

"I never had a problem with excessive underarm sweating until my second year of college. Then, overnight, my sweat glands went into overdrive. My dermatologist prescribed me Drysol, and while it worked a little at first, I found it worked MUCH better once I started applying it with a Swisper cotton pad (as opposed to the toilet paper I had been using). Once I used the cotton pad, my underarms became red and irritated (It kept me awake at night), but the sweating stopped. Now my underarms are completely fine. I apply a little each night to be on the safe side, but I simply don't sweat. I can wear whatever I want without thinking about sweating through the material. For me, Drysol has been a Godsend."

"Drysol has been a blessing for me. I suffer from hyperhidrosis under my arms, hands, and feet. Like literally dripping in sweat. I spend so much money on pedicures and manicures just to be embarrassed sliding around in sandals, so I have to put sneakers on, and I can’t even hold my husband’s hand, it’s so embarrassing! I don’t have to be hot or moving, just laying down, I’m drenched in sweat! So my MD prescribed Drysol a couple years back, and it has been my lifesaver. I have never seen any medication like it. If your underarms are freshly shaved, it stings a little only there, but if you have suffered your entire life like me, you suck it up! Lol Good luck!"

"I am a 40-year-old male who, since I can remember, would sweat excessively under his arms. It does not matter if I was stressed, if I was hot, cold, etc. The worst is when it's 20 degrees outside, I'm freezing, yet my shirt is soaked under my arms. That drove me nuts. I used to sit at work and keep a stash of paper towels at my desk that I would sit under my arms so that the sweat marks would be less visible. Black was my favorite shirt color, especially on days when I had to present to a room full of people. I applied Drysol the first night, and the next day, 100 percent dry! I feel like a new person! I can wear tighter shirts, and I can even wear grey! There was some discomfort after applying, but it's well worth it, in my opinion!"

"I've suffered from hyperhidrosis since around 8th grade. I'm 32 now. I've tried so many different things to stop the sweating, but nothing has worked. It really has been a depressing issue. The big clothes, layering, napkins, lying, hiding, etc. (sigh)... I went to the doc last week and got Hypercare. I LOVE this and have only used it about 3 times. Wish someone would have given me this YEARS AGO! I would recommend this to anyone. It's totally changed my self-confidence."

"I read so many good reviews on Drysol, so I decided to try it! The first night I used it, it had a burning sensation, but I could handle it. The next day, I was so happy with the results. I had no sweat at all. The second time I used it, it itched like crazy, and I was up all night trying to tolerate it, but still no sweat. The third time I used it, my armpits burned, and there were red bumps! I immediately washed it off, but the pain didn't go away. Maybe it was just my skin having a reaction to it, but I do not think this is for me!"

"Never in my life have I written a review for anything I've taken, yet I felt the need to write this as I suffered the same symptoms as many people that have already reviewed. I only wore black t-shirts or tanks, could never wear color due to sweating like a dog in my armpits for no reason. Large, visible dark wet spots under my arms for no reason just sitting in class. Was pessimistic about Hypercare as many things haven't worked in the past, but take my word for it: this stuff will change your life! Take your chance and free yourself of the silent trauma of sweating profusely."

"This product works for hyperhidrosis. If you have sweaty hands, this will work. I've been using it for about two years now, and thank God it still works. But lately, for some reason, it's causing irritation between my fingers, but doesn't matter. I will endure it, as long as it stops my hands from sweating."

"I struggled with extreme facial sweating for years, and when I say extreme, I mean it! I used to carry a Kleenex or paper towels or even real towels in my purse to dry my face. I couldn't apply any product because I sweated like there was no tomorrow. I do not live in a warm place (Montreal), but even extreme cold temperatures did not change anything. As soon as it was a little warm (like climbing onto a bus after a 5 min walk by -20°C), I sweated, and I was soaked... Well, I have been using Xerac, and the day after the first application, it was LITERALLY a miracle. I went out, and I walked more than 2 miles by 26°C, and there was a very light amount of sweat around my nose, and that was it!! I recommend this product! It changed my life!!"

"I honestly didn't realize I had a medical condition. I just thought my deodorants weren't working for me. I recently had a rash under my arm and went to the doctor, and he said I had hyperhidrosis. For the past few years, I'm only able to wear tank tops or black/white shirts to prevent the seeing of my underarm sweat, so terribly embarrassing. I would have such envy of anybody who could wear a clingy colored shirt! Now that I have been prescribed Hypercare, it has only been one day, and I wore a gray clingy shirt today with no armpit sweat stain! I feel so much more comfortable now, and I get to expand my wardrobe with clingy colorful shirts now! Thank you, doctor!"

"I have had a chronic problem with hyperhidrosis. I am active duty in the Navy, and I can say this has been challenging at work. I have spent hundreds of dollars on OTC brands, deodorant and antiperspirant, laundry detergent, dry cleaning all my uniforms after wearing them once, and, worst of all, having that feeling that people are always looking at my sweat or me just being afraid to raise my arms. I have literally been using this for one week, and it stops wetness in its tracks. Shoot, even the water in the shower avoids it like a force field. For me, it burns like hell, but it's like a good workout. I see it as - at least I know it's working. Worth every burn."

"I had the same problem. Always had to wear black or a zip-up sweater to cover it. My doctor prescribed this to me, and it's like a gift from heaven! It burned so bad, though. I couldn't really take it, so for all you girls out there that try it and have the same results, ask your doctor to prescribe you triamcinolone lotion. You put it on after, and there's no burning or swelling or anything! And it leaves your underarms super soft for shaving rather than irritated from the treatment. I definitely recommend this."

"I'm a 46-year-old female who has struggled with severe sweaty armpits, feet, and hands since I was 13. I've researched and tried so many products that failed me. But this truly works. It takes about 2 days for it to actually stop the sweating process, but once it's in your pores, you can use it every other day. Your armpits are odorless. The unfortunate part is... do not use after shaving, it will burn, itch, and cause a horrible outbreak, but otherwise, this product is a true BLESSING to all who sweat beyond control like I did..."

"I can't remember a time when I didn't sweat! That all changed a month ago. I bought Drysol and also the mild Drysol for my face. I was unsure about it at first because when I put it on, the tingling was very intense. The first day, I only left it on for four hours and then washed it off because I couldn't take the tingling. The second night, I went all night...the tingling was less. I only did those two nights, and I didn't sweat for almost a week. I use it under my arms and the mild Drysol on my face. I do not recommend it to anyone with really sensitive skin, but I do recommend it to anyone who is desperate for a solution to their problem with hyperhidrosis."

"I'm an 18-year-old girl who's been sweating since the 6th grade. It's so embarrassing that I used to wear mostly black so no one would see the pit stains. Drysol works really great. The only downside I would say is that if I use it every day or after I shave, it has the worst burning/itching sensation."

"I have suffered from excessive sweating for going on 3 years now. I could never wear cute shirts because I would always sweat terribly through whatever I was wearing. I had to stick to hoodies and dark colors, which was not me at all. I had to beg my mom to take me to the dermatologist, but when she did, the doctor diagnosed me with hyperhidrosis. He then got me started on this medicine. I thought it was crazy to apply something under my arms every night, but after the first application, I realized I could wear whatever shirt I want to and not have to worry about sweating! I am using the 20% aluminum chloride (hexahydrate), and it does have a slight burn to it, but nothing intolerable. I suggest this product!!"

"As a teenager, sweating is a huge problem for me, wherever and whenever. I have tried the anti-perspirant deodorant in stores, but none have worked for me until my doctor prescribed me this. After applying, it stings and itches a bit, but it is so bearable and worth it. No sweat at all the next day, and at school, I didn't have to hide the wetness under a sweatshirt. Would totally recommend."

"I am 30 and have suffered from hyperhidrosis ever since I can remember. Like most, I oversweat primarily from hands, feet, and underarms. I would sweat so much that you could see it all over my shirt at the underarms. My hands would be clammy, which was especially problematic when I had to touch somebody, such as shaking or holding hands. Sometimes I'd even get my papers wet from the sweat (people tend to look at you almost with disgust when this happens). All this, of course, led to lesser self-esteem. Finally, a few months ago, I decided to be brave and talk to my doctor about it. She recommended and prescribed Drysol, which has changed my life. It started working within just a few days and has resolved my problem. I now use it every two to three days and no sweat. My side effects are that it causes itching sometimes and dry skin at the application sites. So I use Cortizone on days when I'm not using Drysol, which helps tremendously with these side effects."

"After reading some other misleading reviews, I wanted to write my own. I have dealt with hyperhidrosis my entire life, and it's such a confidence killer. I could never dress nicely in high school because I'd always hear whispers about my underarm sweat stains. I tried CertainDry and it worked for about 2 months, then stopped. I was crushed. I finally was prescribed Drysol, but I wasn't convinced that it would work. I've been using it for about a year now and I'm so shocked that it still works! I noticed that if you wash your underarms thoroughly and dry them thoroughly, the itch isn't as bad as if you were to just apply at the end of the day. The only time it's ever burned is if I overuse it or use it the same day as shaving. Worth a try."

"This stuff is absolutely amazing. I never could wear anything but black because I sweat so much in my armpits. I started using this a couple of years ago. When I first started it, I had to use it once every couple of weeks. Then only once every 6 months, and now it's been over a year, and I don't have to use it, and I'm not sweating. It felt like it saved my life in a way. I'm so happy I found it."

"I suffered from extreme hyperhidrosis for eleven years since the age of thirteen. I used to wear several layers of clothing, including paper towels under my arms, to try to disguise the problem, but to no avail. I would sweat through several layers of clothing. Greatly to my surprise, after just two weeks of using Hypercare, my sweating ceased. Because the active ingredient in it is an alcohol solution, you can apply as many layers as you need without a nasty buildup of gunk that comes with regular solid and gel antiperspirants. I really thought I was going to need Botox or surgery, but ended up trying this product at the urging of my dermatologist. So happy."

"I used to sweat so bad. Dripping sweat from my underarm to my back. Leaving embarrassing sweat stains. I could be freezing cold and sweat crazy. After the first use of Drysol, I saw results the next day, no longer had sweat stains. I’ve only used it 3 times now, and it’s been amazing. I used it 2 nights straight. Now doing every other night. But I do have a bad rash under my arm, which I was told was expected. It does burn and itch a little after application, but it goes away after an hour. APPLY AT NIGHT TIME BEFORE BED. When the sweat glands are working less. But I am in love with this product and have never been so confident."

"After 41 years, I was dx with hyperhidrosis. I went to see my dermatologist and was prescribed Drysol, and wow, has it done wonders! I now can go an entire day without sweaty feet and hands. Drysol has helped to increase my social skills, and even when anxious, it helps hold back the sweat! Thanks to my dermatologist and a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE CREATORS OF DRYSOL!!!!"

"I have had excessive underarm sweat ever since I was 14. I tried Drysol when I was in high school but didn't follow the directions properly, being young and dumb I just thought it didn't work. Years have gone by, and I have tried everything from underarm pads to every antiperspirant under the sun. When I seriously thought about getting Botox, I thought I would try Drysol one more time. I followed the directions to a T, and after one night of use, I didn't even have a drop of sweat the next day. I'm so impressed and wish I had tried it again a lot sooner. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from hyperhidrosis, it is a life changer. I was getting anxiety, not wanting to work in fear of someone seeing my sweat. I have never been so happy."
