Alprostadil for Erectile Dysfunction "Tried it last night with great trepidation. I am generally a nervous guy about everything and had high apprehension about injecting myself, getting a 10-hour boner, etc. Happy to say that it was super easy to use. I got a 10mcg kit and was afraid of a priapism, so I injected 5mcg (which you can do). I carefully put pressure on the area I injected for a few minutes and got no bruising. I only got very slight burning that lasted 30 seconds and went away with the aforementioned gentle pressure. Got a wonderful erection that lasted about 2 hours. I was glad I didn't inject the whole ten mcgs! Didn't need to. I am 62, and I think most of my problem is psychological. Sometimes Viagra just won't work for."

Alprostadil for Erectile Dysfunction "If you are not using a condom, your partner may experience painful vaginal itching or burning. If your partner is pregnant, you should use a condom during sexual intercourse because this medicine has not been tested during human pregnancy."

Alprostadil for Erectile Dysfunction "Only been using for about 4 months. I'm injecting 20 mcg. Does anyone else experience burning pain after about 10 minutes up until the penis loses the erection? I've had an erection for more than 4 hours. But the burning sensation spoils it for me, and I can't ejaculate either. There's no pain on injection, so anybody new, don't be worried about injecting."

Alprostadil for Erectile Dysfunction "Applying was easy into the urethra. 5-10 minutes, you feel a slight burning in the penis. But a good type of burning. You can feel the blood entering the penis and it stays there with a little rubbing. Only side effects are slight burning and aching. Lasts for me 2 hours. I am a healthy 70-year-old retired physical education teacher who looks 55. So much better than the ED pills without side effects."

Alprostadil for Erectile Dysfunction "Excellent... it must be used properly. Needle must be inserted almost to the hilt in the appropriate spot, as advised in the accompanying literature. If not, much less effective and burning sensation. Doing this, small amounts work!"

Alprostadil for Erectile Dysfunction "This medication is not that great, if you can achieve good results on Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis, any of these three drugs is a much better option. The biggest complaint about Caverject is that after injecting this medication, it literally feels like there is a burning feeling, it is very uncomfortable and significantly reduces any chance of pleasure during sexual intimacy. As the drug wears off, it feels like someone elbowed you in the groin. If it is your only option, then it may be better than nothing, but it definitely has its drawbacks."

Alprostadil for Erectile Dysfunction "Edex began to work this first time in about 5 minutes. I took 10 mg, and it produced the best erection I could manage with a pump, with sildenafil, or any other way. Adding 10 mg more within 20 minutes improved the rigidity a bit, but the overall erection was probably at 80% of what it was in my youth. I feel no burning, but I do feel what feels like pressure in my prostate. I just got a TURP and still feel the effects of that surgery a bit since it has been 6 weeks ago. This may just be what happens with my initial dose. If 20 mg doesn't work, I'll try doubling that. 20 mg would probably suffice for insertion during sex, but I doubt if it would feel good for me or her."

For Erectile Dysfunction "My partner used the drug, after which I experienced side effects of extreme burning sensation, irritation, redness. It felt like cuts, but it was due to the side effects of other medication when injected into the male. The medication mixes with sperm he ejaculated into the woman. It burns and irritates the woman inside and outside, it’s extremely painful and causes damage to the vaginal area. Has the company started doing research into something that would neutralize that particular side effect that the partners may encounter? Because it's extremely painful to the vaginal area."
