"I was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer [ALK] 18 months ago and originally given a life expectancy of 5 months. All signs of cancer disappeared in three months after taking Alectinib. My last three scans have been clear! My current dose is three capsules twice a day. The treatment has had a number of side effects... severe lethargy, dizziness, initial severe shoulder pain, fluid retention, mild anemia, breathlessness, constipation, my liver blood tests showed some effect originally [I have now stopped drinking alcohol]. Ten minutes now is my limit for any physical activity, which is a significant improvement."

Alectinib "After using Optivo, 12 rounds of chemo, now Alecensa it has finally helped my stage 4 lung cancer. It has very few side effects compared to using other targeted and immunotherapy-related drugs."

Alectinib "Taking for the last 12 months regularly, lungs have been cleared in PET CT report, some metastases are in the brain. Doctor advised me to continue for 4 months more. It is easy to swallow, but constipation is the main problem that occurred to me."
