Uses of Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, and Dextromethorphan Liquid:

• It is used to treat nose stuffiness.
• It is used to ease allergy signs.
• It is used to relieve coughing.

What do I need to tell my doctor BEFORE I take Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, and Dextromethorphan Liquid?

• If you have an allergy to chlorpheniramine, phenylephrine, dextromethorphan, or any other part of chlorpheniramine, phenylephrine, and dextromethorphan liquid.
• If you are allergic to chlorpheniramine, phenylephrine, and dextromethorphan liquid; any part of chlorpheniramine, phenylephrine, and dextromethorphan liquid; or any other drugs, foods, or substances. Tell your doctor about the allergy and what signs you had.

What do I do if I miss a dose?
