I have been taking Ozempic for 6 weeks for weight loss only. The side effects for me are horrible. Can I just stop taking it? Can not cope with the nausea and tiredness

I’m only taking 5 mg, and taking with Trintellix and topamax. I don’t eat much during the day no appetite, then at night I do get pretty hungry I notice. But still, my weight is good. Any thoughts?

I am going to be starting Nardil next week for severe anxiety and depression. My main concern are the side effects. Do most people who take Nardil gain weight and experience insomnia? If so can those side effects be mitigated?
