How many people have lost weight on this medication. I know I need this for my bipolar but am very scared of gaining weight.

Hi, lilannie!
Unfortunately most, if not all, psychotropic medications have the potential to cause some weight gain. Of the antipsychotics Vraylar is one of the ones that's appropriate for Bipolar disorders and less apt to cause weight gain. Still it's possible and it's partially because some people will experience an increased appetite.
"Very Common (10% or more of users): Weight gain (up to 17%)
Common (1% to 10% of users): Decreased appetite, increased appetite"
I've been on Vraylar for several years and have had no weight change at all. It's also the only medication I've used that really has effectively helped me. Even if I had gained weight I wouldn't have stopped using it.
Best regards and I hope it works well for you too.
Thank you. I was on caplyta and I lost weight on it. Unfortunately it wasn’t working with my anxiety so I had to go off.
