Can I take mirtazapine (Remeron) 15mg together with cyproheptadine 4mg?

Or will one lower the affect of the other? I want to take both for weight gain but not sure if they have interactions with each other. Will one lower the effect of the other? Or one will not work? I want to take them both.

I have been on Contrave for two weeks. I do kettle bells for seniors 30 minutes 3-5 times a week. I also count calories and mostly stay around 1500 calories a day. I have not lost a single pound. What am I doing wrong. I’m 70 years old.

Has anyone been able to loose weight while taking sertraline?

Has anyone experienced weight gain, and has anyone been able to take off weight with diet and exercise while on this medication? I have been on sertraline for 10 months and I put on 30 pounds. I am happy again and not having any depression, panic or anxiety any more, I am just overweight.
