I suffer so bad from OCD to the point i don’t live my life normal . I was prescribed on top of Prozac 60 mg, Seroquel 25 mg at night. But I am so scared of the weight gain as this will cause me more problems in my life.

I have been on Seroquel for over 20 years and have not gained an ounce, I am on 200 mgs. now. Everyone reacts differently to medications, but yes, weight gain is a very common side effect of Quetiapine.
You are on a very low dose, so I would not worry so much, still once you start taking Seroquel I recommend a hypocaloric diet.
