Hi, Obsessivecd!
Most, if not all, psychotropic medications have the potential to cause weight changes in a relatively small number of users:
"Common (1% to 10% of users): Decreased appetite, weight gain/weight increased"
This means that 90-99% of users won't have any weight changes and you're on a very low dose.
"Quetiapine has an average rating of 8.7 out of 10 from a total of 37 ratings for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. 78% of reviewers reported a positive effect, while 3% reported a negative effect." Here's the link:

I've been taking Seroquel (actually the generic quetiapine) for a little over 3 years now and haven't gained an ounce. Therapeutically it's been very effective and the only side effect I had was some daytime drowsiness for the first few days when I started the medication.
Best regards and I hope you also do well.

Thank you so much. This gives me so much reassurance. I was so scared of weight gain while suffering from my ocd . In a dilemma really. But since you did not gain weight it means not everybody gains weight
