I am going to be starting Nardil next week for severe anxiety and depression. My main concern are the side effects. Do most people who take Nardil gain weight and experience insomnia? If so can those side effects be mitigated?
Nardil - is weight gain and insomnia a given?

Answers
Hi, Masala!
No, most people don't experience these side effects. Only 1-10% of users experience insomnia and weight changes. The weight gain can be helped with a proper diet and exercise but metabolic changes
sometimes make some gain possible. Insomnia usually resolves over a few days to a week or so but you can ask your doctor or pharmacist/chemist about a remedy that won't interact with the Nardil.
