I have taken Nardil for many years. It usually only helps me for 10 years max. Then I have to get off of it for at least a year & then I can get back on it. You have to take one less pill for a week & then drop another one for a week and continue that pattern until u are off of it. The medice remains in your system for another 2 weeks. Do not eat any of the forbidden foods until after those extra 2 weeks. I am curious as why u are getting off of it.
It is the only thing that helps me.
Your doctor should know how u taper off of it.
Good luck. Hope you do okay getting off of it.
