Phenelzine - Is it normal to have increased anxiety at the start of Nardil?

New or increased anxiety is very common with other classes of antidepressant/anxiolytics but isn't frequently reported with the MAOI's like Nardil and Parnate.
If you've just started the medication this may be a temporary side effect that usually resolves within days to a week or two. If it's persistent or interfering with your life you should let your doctor know and get her/his professional advice.
