Can anyone tell me the equivalent mg to mg comparison for Adderall and Vyvanse. Which would be better for severe ADHD, 50 mg Adderall or 70 mg Vyvanse?

Vyvanse NRP vs Vyvanse S489?

I noticed some of the pills (though of the same dosage) have sometime an NRP imprint or S489 imprint on the other side of the pill. To me, the ones with S489 are like placebo! Anyone else noticed or sensed this?? I am over-senstive and very alert to how medicine works. Thanks.

Vyvanse - I found that 37.5 Phentermine was effective for my ADHD but is Vyvance Better?

I'm on Vyvanse 50mg and feel like it's just not strong enough. I used to be on Adderall and also tried Adderall XR. If 30mgs of Vyvance works fantastic until 2-3pm.Would taking a second 30mgs at 2pm make sense?

Love the medication, hate that I seem to crash at 2-3 each day for about an hour or two. Male 48. I've been on this med for 1 week and my counsellor is suggesting an increased morning dosage to extend the coverage period. Why not just take another tablet after lunch?
