My Adderall 20mg XR is causing severr muscle pain, headaches, and mood swings.

Should I tell my doctor? I've been taking Adderall 20 mg XR for over 2 months now, and I just don't like what it's doing for me. Severe pain, moody, and I seem overwhelmed more now. I really want to try Vyvanse.

Why am I so hungry on Vyvanse?

On day 3 of 40 mg of Vyvanse. Was on Strattera before. My hungry pangs are crazy. I feel them even after I eat a meal. Is this normal?

I am confussed because drugs.com sites Lisdexamfetamine as Generic for Vyvanse, however, my pharmacy tells me that Vyvanse will not have a generic until 2023. I would like to not pay the premium price if a generic is really available. please advise.
