From someone who takes it, yes those are common side effects because it causes your heart to race and your blood pressure to rise. Especially if you're not eating right with the med.
Yes, these are the common side effects of taking Vyvanse, if you think its too uncomfortable, please do ask your doc who prescribed the med to give you an alternate.

Most welcome, reckon it would be between 6-8% people who use Vyvanse.
