I want to wean off gabapentin 300 mg 3 times a day and want to know how?

I have been on gabapentin 300mg 3 times a day for 4 years. I no longer have my physical job and would like to get off the drug. I just need to know how

I have some gabapentin 300mg which expired in 2009?

The expired gabapentin 300mg capsules strips are stored in its box, seals not broken in any way and kept in dry conditions. Can this capsules still be used or should I throw away & dispose immediately?

Bright yellow capsule, no markings, completely full (no air/space) with white powder.

I cannot find out what this is? I was told it was a pain reliever of sorts, particularly good for PMS symptoms. I have been trying to look it up most the day now. I can't find anything. Anyone have any idea?

I live in Dallas ,TX and my wife has been looking for a pain management doctor for the last 10 years and can't find one that accepts Superior Medicaid. Even her primary doctor can't find one for her. Please if you know of a reason or if you do know a doctor that takes Superior Medicaid?

Can you use Ibuprofen and steroids together?

Are there any interactions between amlodipine and gabapentin?

Is tramadol 50 mg every 8-12 hr is appropriate for 20 lb dog for post surgical pain?

My doge had knee surgery to repair torn ACL and was prescribed tramadol 50 mg every 8-12 hr, when I asked if this dose is not too high for 20 lb dog he said that it isn’t. What do you think? Thanks

How long after you stop taking Symbicort do the side effects go away?

Trying to find an inhaler that works. Symbicort effected me the worst. After only 6 2 puff inhales. I stopped and can't wait for any damage I received and pain to go away.
