Will anxiety last indefinitely?
I’m taking 0.5mg of clonazepam (Teva,USA). Even though I’m on Prozac 20mg now for 15 days, and able to function a little better, Anxiety builds up every 5-6 hours. Will there come a time when I can reduce the clonazepam? How to do that safely? Or will there always be a need to use it?

I have IBS and Panic attacks that are often triggered by my pain. These attacks often leave me on the way to the ER or convinced I’m dying. My doctor did not prescribe me Xanax and wanted me to try a daily medicine but I want to try something else.
Dealing with panic disorder?
I’ve been dealing with panic disorder for over a month almost 2 months. Slowly starting to be able to do things like go out food shop etc. small steps in the right direction but still feel discouraged. If anyone could give me some words of encouragement right now I would really appreciate it.
