Well, I have had to take 1 mg for 3 days now. I’m not sure if my Zoloft has not been working? Or it has just been extra stress on my mind. But I’m ready to give up. The anxiety seems to last forever. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated
I have had severe anxiety for about a week. I take 200mg of Zoloft and 0.5mg Ativan as needed.

Hi, wendy!
Tyrese asked the same question I had for you. Also, have you increased the dosage of Zoloft you're taking recently?
If you can help us with those answers we may be better able to give you some advice.
Thanks,
I started at 25 mg. Now have worked myself up to 200 mg a day. It is the highest dose I can have. On Zoloft. I say I want to get better but I don’t know what to do to get better. I take my meds and stay kind of happy but I wish I could go back to when I was really happy. I don’t have many years left on this earth so I have to get it figured out. Does exercise help?
Your Zoloft has probably "pooped out" on you... this happens frequently with the long term use of antidepressant/anxiolytics.
You deserve to be happy. Talk to your doctor about your options including possibly trying a different medication.
Don't give up now!
How long have you been taking Zoloft?
20 years. It has been pretty good except for the last 3 years. I would love to not take anything but I know that will not happen. I have only needed to take lorazepam as needed at ,5 mg. As of today and yesterday I have take 1,5 mg of it. I know it has to do with being diagnosed with covid. I did not have it bad but I’m not one for sitting down either. And I couldn’t work or anything. I am so super stressed.
