I have peripheral neuropathy in my toes. I started on nortriptyline 10 mg and now am on 20 mg with minimal effect. Should I increase my dose or try something else?

I take 30 mg at bedtime for nerve pain in my back. I also have Neuropathy in my leg and a few toes but it doesn't seem to work there. I just "Dry Brush" my legs and feet and it really helps to get blood flowing. Good luck
I take nortriptyline 10mg 2x a day. I had a stroke (bleed) 3 year ago . The drug has many uses. All I know is my Doc increased mine slowly. I would not increase on own. Ask Doc to tell you what to do. Take care. I am not sure if this helped.
