I have small fiber sensory neuropathy caused by Ambien. I have been through every treatment/drug possible. The only thing that has helped is stem cells. CRT does work for many, but not my type of neuropathy. Beware of gabapentin and Lyrica as they can temporarily ease pain while causing the neuropathy to get worse.
I also suffer from peripheral neuropathy and I've been on Clonazepam for about four and a half to 5 years. I can tell you I have researched benzodiazepines extensively over the past 20 years and I have never come across any direct link between benzodiazepines (AKA Klonopin, Xanax, Ativan, Valium, Restoril, etc.) and peripheral neuropathy. As far as your other medications I would have to do some research before giving you a definitive answer. Having peripheral neuropathy myself I understand, all to well, the amount of pain that goes along with this affliction and it can be crippling at times. Best of luck to you
