Is sertraline OK to take with sotalol and rivoxaban?

There is a risk of a rare condition that most likely would affect people with certain cardiac abnormalities. They may also carry a risk for bleeding in some people:

If one doctor prescribed these medications together it's likely that they feel the benefit outweighs the risk.
