I usually have a citrus fruit for breakfast and at the same time take may first dose of Sotalol. I notice some flutter in the am so I'm wondering if it could be the citrus.
Are there any interactions when taking Sotalol and citrus food (oranges, mandarin, grapefruit)?

Hi, tammy!
There is no interaction listed for citrus and Sotalol:

Do you mean that it feels like your heart is fluttering? Palpitations are a very common side effect of Sotalol but you should report it to your doctor.
