General Information

Please read the relevant information for each VIGRO^® product. All refrigerated media listed below should be gently mixed by inverting the container several times (not shaken) before used.

All VIGRO^® media contain antibiotics at levels appropriate for specific media.

VIGRO^® Splitting Plus is a medium designed for the safe and rapid splitting and/or biopsy of embryos by enhancing the adhesion of embryos to the bottom of the petri dish, thereby eliminating the need for a holding pipette.

Recommended Use: Place a 5 µl micro-drop in a tissue culture-treated petri dish. Embryos are placed in the drop for splitting.

Recommended Storage: Between 15-30°C; however, product will not be harmed by refrigeration or freezing.
