Active Ingredient(s): Each mL contains: Phenylbutazone 200 mg.

Phenylbutazone Injection Indications

For the treatment of arthritis and allied disorders; specifically pain of arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylitis, fibrositis, myositis, and vertebral disc syndrome (posterior paralysis) in dogs and horses.

Dosage and Administration

Intravenous dose.

Dogs: 100 mg phenylbutazone per 4.5 kg of body weight. Not to exceed 800 mg a day.

Horses: 1 to 2 g phenylbutazone per 450 kg of body weight. Not to exceed 4 g a day.

Caution(s): For veterinary use only.

Warning(s): Do not use this product in food producing animals including horses that are to be slaughtered for use in food. Keep out of reach of children.
