Active Ingredient(s): PHENYLBUTAZONE INJECTION is a sterile solution containing 200 mg of phenylbutazone in each mL.
Phenylbutazone Injection Indications
PHENYLBUTAZONE INJECTION is used to treat arthritis and associated painful conditions in horses.
Dosage and AdministrationFor intravenous injection. Administer 10 mL per 454 kg of body weight. Not to exceed 4 g a day.
Precaution(s): Store at room temperature.
Warning(s): This drug must not be used in horses that are to be slaughtered for use in food.
Presentation: 100 mL multi-dose vials.
