General adverse events

Adverse reactions are anticholinergic in nature and include dry mouth, constipation, tachycardia, and blurred vision.[Ref]

Ocular

Drug-associated iris cysts enlargement that may obscure vision has been reported more frequently in children if treatment is continued.

Anticholinesterase instillation-associated paradoxical increase in intraocular pressure (IOP).[Ref]
