How much is Ozempic with or without insurance?

Ozempic cost without insurance will depend on the pharmacy you use. The price is usually the same for all of the different strength pens. The Ozempic manufacturer’s list price is $997.58 for each pen dose, however, most people don’t pay the list price
If you have no insurance and fit certain criteria, you may be entitled to the Patient Assistance Program, which may mean a reduced cost for your Ozempic.
