Before you can receive treatment with exagamglogene autotemcel, you may receive chemotherapy treatments with busulfan. It is important that exagamglogene autotemcel and busulfan are separated out by the appropriate amounts of time to ensure that busulfan does not harm the newly edited cells being introduced by exagamglogene autotemcel. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs.
