Loncastuximab tesirine may interfere with blood glucose control and reduce the effectiveness of tirzepatide and other diabetic medications. Monitor your blood sugar levels closely. You may need a dose adjustment of your diabetic medications during and after treatment with loncastuximab tesirine.
