"First dose of Truxima in early May 2024, followed by a 2nd dose 2 weeks later for Dermatomyositis. After 10 weeks from my first dose, I started to feel relief. Muscle inflammation pain and stiffness receded, energy level increased, and mood improved. (No side effects) Started to feel symptoms creep back in early November, so 5 months of relief! Looking forward to my 2nd round of Truxima in early December. I am happy with the results after taking a number of drugs over the past 10 years. I am also on IVIG treatment on a monthly basis."

"I was taking Rituxan for several years to suppress my immune system so my body would stop rejecting my lungs. I was switched to Truxima due to the cost of the hospital fee. Truxima does not work as well for me. Two doses four months apart, and I am having so much joint and body pain as well. I hope to go back to Rituxan."

"First was on Rituxan. I got very sick while administered and severe head pain after. Truxima was able to control nausea during administration. It's a rough couple of weeks after with intestinal cramps & gas, fatigue, dizziness, and lethargy, but it does help the pain of RA, controls it in the lungs, and stops the fibromyalgia pain, which is a bonus since it's not used for that!"
