Using timolol and hydroCHLOROthiazide together may lower your blood pressure and slow your heart rate. This can cause dizziness, or feeling like you might pass out, weakness, fainting, fast or irregular heartbeats, or loss of blood glucose control. If you take both medications together, tell your doctor if you have any of these symptoms. You may need a dose adjustment or need your blood pressure checked more often to safely use both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Panobinostat may increase the blood levels and effects of timolol. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications. Do not consume grapefruit, grapefruit juice, star fruit, pomegranate, or pomegranate juice during treatment with panobinostat. Doing so can increase blood levels of the medication. You may be more likely to experience side effects such as nausea; vomiting; diarrhea; loss of appetite; fatigue; swelling in the arms or legs; heart problems (e.G., chest pain, heart failure, irregular heartbeat); liver problems; and impaired bone marrow function resulting in low numbers of different types of blood cells, which can increase the risk of anemia, bleeding problems, and infections. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Using timolol together with multivitamin with minerals may decrease the effects of timolol. Separate the administration times of timolol and multivitamin with minerals by at least 2 hours. If your doctor does prescribe these medications together, you may need a dose adjustment or special test to safely use both medications.
