If you are currently being treated or have recently been treated with dexAMETHasone nasal, you should let your doctor know before receiving BCG. Depending on the dose and length of time you have been on dexAMETHasone nasal, you may be at risk for developing an infection from BCG or have a reduced response to BCG. In some situations, your doctor may want to delay treatment with BCG to give your body time to recover from the effects of dexAMETHasone nasal therapy. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
