everolimus SORAfenib
Applies to: Zortress (everolimus), sorafenib
SORAfenib may increase the blood levels and effects of everolimus. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications. Contact your doctor if your condition changes or you experience increased side effects. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
Drug and food interactions

Applies to: Zortress (everolimus)
Grapefruit juice can increase the blood levels and effects of everolimus. You should not drink grapefruit juice or eat grapefruits during your treatment with everolimus. Orange juice is not expected to interact.
SORAfenib food
Applies to: sorafenib
You may experience reduced absorption of SORAfenib in the presence of food. Take SORAfenib on an empty stomach 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal unless otherwise directed by your doctor. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication.
