Mibefradil may increase the blood levels of roflumilast. You may be more likely to experience side effects of roflumilast such as diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, weight loss, headache, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Let your doctor know if side effects become excessive or intolerable. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
