MONITOR: The concomitant administration of hypotensive agents may potentiate the hypotensive effects of aldesleukin. Life-threatening (grade 4) hypotension has been reported with aldesleukin alone.

MANAGEMENT: Blood pressure should be monitored during concomitant administration. Aldesleukin doses should be held if systolic blood pressure falls to less than 90 mmHg.
