Usual Adult Dose for Hyperhidrosis
Maintenance dose: 1 pump under each arm once daily at bedtime
Use: For the treatment of primary axillary hyperhidrosis in adults and pediatric patients 9 years of age and older

Precautions
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
In patients with conditions that can be worsened by the anticholinergic effect of this drug (e.g. glaucoma, paralytic ileus, unstable cardiovascular status in acute hemorrhage, severe ulcerative colitis, toxic megacolon complicating ulcerative colitis, myasthenia gravis, Sjögren's syndrome).
Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients younger than 9 years.

Administration advice:
- Do not shave armpits at least 8 hours before applying this drug.
- Do not shower at least 30 minutes before applying this drug.
- Apply to clean, dry skin.
- Apply one pump with the applicator that is included to cover an entire armpit. Apply a whole second pump to the other armpit.
- Allow 5 minutes to completely dry before putting on clothing.
- Wash hands with soap immediately after applying.
- Avoid fire, flame, and smoking while applying and after application.
- Do not touch underarms after applying this drug.
- Avoid the transfer of this drug to the area around the eyes.
- Do not apply to broken skin.
- Do not use this drug with occlusive dressings.
Storage requirements:
- Upright at 20C to 2C (68F to 77F).
- Excursions permitted to 15C to 30C (59F to 86F).
- Keep away from heat or flame.
Patient Advice:
- Instruct patients to discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider immediately if any signs or symptoms of urinary retention appear (e.g., difficulty passing urine, distended bladder).
- Advise patients that at high ambient temperatures heat illness can occur. Advise patient to watch for signs of lack of sweating and to avoid the use of this drug under these conditions.
- Advise patients that temporary blurred vision can occur. Instruct patient to contact healthcare provider, stop the use of this drug, and avoid operating a motor vehicle or heavy machinery or performing hazardous work until symptoms resolve.
- Advise the patient to read the FDA-approved patient labeling (Patient Information and Instructions for Use).
